DIRECTORS' DEALING
The Company has been notified of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares"):
On 17 August 2011 Sion Securities Limited ("Sion") purchased 3,000 Shares at 175p per Share. As a result of this transaction Sion, a company of which Mr Andrew Grant, has a controlling interest, is interested in 6,545,000 Shares, representing approximately 61.90% of the Company's voting rights. Mr Andrew Grant's total interest in the Company (comprising the holdings of Sion, Mr Grant's SIPP and Mr Grant's spouse and children) is 6,653,732 Shares representing approximately 62.93% of the Company's voting rights.
On 17 August 2011 Nick Crabb sold 3,000 Shares at 175p and 1,247 Shares at 176.05p. As a resultant of these transactions Mr Crabb no longer has an interest in the Company's shares.
