Outsourcing Agreement with Spearpoint Limited / Interim Results

Jarvis is pleased to announce that its principal operating subsidiary, Jarvis Investment Management plc ('JIM'), has signed a contract with Spearpoint Limited to provide outsourced administration services in respect of its ISA plans. JIM has provided administration services to a wide range of banks, stockbrokers and investment firms for the UK's tax advantaged savings plans since their inception and is a specialist in this area.

Spearpoint Limited is an independent investment boutique based in the Channel Islands that is focused on preserving and growing the wealth of its clients. The senior management team had previously worked together for up to 10 years at Collins Stewart.

The Directors of Jarvis are pleased to have been awarded another remit for third-party administration. Jarvis continues to expand in this area in addition to its own retail business.

Further, the Board are pleased to announce that the interim results of the Company for the six months to 30 June 2008 will be released on 29 July 2008.
