US Dollar Conversion Rate for Dividend
On 9th March 2009 the Company declared an interim dividend of 4.6 pence per ordinary share ("Interim Dividend"). The Interim Dividend will be payable on 24 April 2009 to those shareholders on the register as at 3 April 2009.
For those shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in US Dollars, the dividend will be 6.7068 cents per share based upon an exchange rate of GBP 1 = US$1.458
