Juridica, a leading provider of strategic capital for corporate legal claims to both businesses and the legal markets, announces that it has sent to shareholders a Notice of Annual General Meeting which is to be held at 11 New Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2PF, Channel Islands on 30 April 2014 at 10.30 am along with a copy of the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013.
