REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

The Company announces that it has today purchased 57,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 538.4705 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 685,000 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 160,563,078. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
