The Company announces that it has today purchased 66,713 Growth shares for cancellation at 322.93 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining Growth shares in issue total 73,001,172

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.

The Company announces that it has today purchased 91,098 Income shares for cancellation at 139.96 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining Income shares in issue total 86,187,804.

The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Any shares held in Treasury would only be re-issued at a premium to net asset value.
