For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following as at 30 April 2026:

No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

The above figure for total number of Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

Jet2 plc is a Leisure Travel Group, comprising Jet2holidays, the UK's leading provider of ATOL protected package holidays to leisure destinations across the Mediterranean, Canary Islands and European Leisure Cities and Jet2.com, the UK's third largest airline by number of passengers flown, which specialises in scheduled holiday flights.
