Progress on Just Eat Takeaway.com share buyback programme

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery marketplaces, hereby reports the transaction details related to its €150 million share buyback programme announced on 19 April 2023.
During the week of 21 August 2023 up to and including 25 August 2023 a total of 1,050,640 shares were repurchased at an average price of €12.6970 on Euronext Amsterdam. Following the settlement of the above transactions, the Company will hold 9,297,592 shares in treasury.
Up to and including 25 August 2023, the total consideration for shares repurchased amounts to €131,360,739.
The Company publishes on a weekly basis every Monday, an overview of the progress of the share buyback programme on its website: https://www.justeattakeaway.com/share-buyback-programmes. This overview contains detailed information on the daily amount of repurchased shares and individual share purchase transactions.
