Progress on Just Eat Takeaway.com share buyback programme

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery marketplaces, hereby reports the transaction details related to its ?150 million share buyback programme announced on 18 October 2023.
During the week of 18 October 2023 up to and including 20 October 2023 a total of 218,934 shares were repurchased at an average price of ?11.7538 on Euronext Amsterdam, a total of 26,948 shares were repurchased at an average price of ?11.4984 at the Cboe DXE and a total of 3,302 shares were repurchased at an average price of ?11.5318 at the Turquoise. Following the settlement of the above transactions, the Company will hold 11,032,914 shares in treasury.
Up to and including 20 October 2023, the total consideration for shares repurchased amounts to ?2,921,242.

This overview contains detailed information on the daily amount of repurchased shares and individual share purchase transactions.
