The Board of JPMorgan European Smaller Companies Trust plc announces today that, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, a final dividend of 5.5 pence per share will be paid on 18th July 2019 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 14th June 2019 (ex dividend date 13th June 2019).
