In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:

As at 30th April 2025,the Company's issued share capital consisted of 297,289,438 Ordinary 1 pence shares carrying one vote each. The Company held 22,589,189 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30th April 2025, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company was 274,700,249.

The above figure (274,700,249) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
