In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:

As at 31st January 2025, the Company's issued share capital consists of 436,986,529 Ordinary 0.5 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 14,700,363 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 31st January 2025, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 422,286,166.

The above figure (422,286,166) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
