COMPLETION OF MENULOG ACQUISITION
JUST EAT plc ("JUST EAT" or the "Company"), the world's leading online and mobile marketplace for takeaway food[1], is pleased to announce that on 15 June 2015, it completed the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Menulog Group Limited. Further to the Company's announcement on 9 June 2015, the acquisition was funded by way of a placing and open offer in which there was take up in the open offer by shareholders, excluding the three major pre-IPO shareholders that undertook to not take up their entitlement, of 72.5% of the shares available to them under the open offer.
