Notice of General Meeting to Consider a Proposal for Approval of Waiver of Rule 9 of the Takeover Code
A General Meeting (the "Meeting") of JD Wetherspoon PLC will take place at 0915 (or as soon thereafter as the preceding Annual General Meeting has concluded or been adjourned) on Thursday 15th November 2018 at The Great Hall, King's Building, Kings College London, Strand, London, WC2R 2LS.
The Meeting is to consider a proposal for approval of Waiver of Rule 9 of the Takeover Code (the "Proposal").
A copy of the Combined Proposal/Notice of General Meeting has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and is available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and to view on the Company's website at https://www.jdwetherspoon.com/investors-home/general-meetings.
