Announcement of transaction in ordinary shares by a Director/PDMR
The Company was informed on 10 July 2020 that Tim Martin, Chairman of J D Wetherspoon plc, sold 510,725 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of £9.84 pence per share on the London Stock Exchange (XLON).
Tim Martin's holding in the company now comprises a direct interest in 31,750,279 shares and an indirect interest in 1,225,930 shares giving a total holding of 32,976,209 which is 27.39% of the issued share capital of the Company.
