Notification of transactions of directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) or connected persons
The Company announces that having been informed on 22nd October 2020, that the following shares were awarded under the terms of the Company's approved and unapproved employee -wide Share Incentive Plan to the following directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs). The applicable share price at the date of the award was £9.57. The award will vest on 22nd October 2023.
