Jupiter Dividend & Growth Trust PLC (the 'Company')

First Interim Dividend

The Board of Directors of the Company has today declared the payment of a first interim dividend of 0.65p (net) per Ordinary Income share and a first interim dividend of 1.82p (net) per Common share, both in respect of the current financial year which is due to end with the Company's planned liquidation on 30 November 2017.

These dividends will be paid on 2 June 2017, to shareholders on the register as at 12 May 2017, and are in accordance with the relative entitlements of the Ordinary Income shares and the Common shares to the distributable profits of the Company under the Company's Articles of Association. The ex-dividend date is 11 May 2017. Both dividends will be paid from income.

Total dividends declared in respect of the current financial year are 0.65p (net) per Ordinary Income share and 1.82p (net) per Common share.
