JARDINE STRATEGIC HOLDINGS LIMITED ("JSH") ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SHARES UNDER THE SCRIP DIVIDEND SCHEMEJSH announces that application has been made for an additional listing of 15 JSH ordinary shares at US$0.05 each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 12th June 2009. The additional 15 ordinary shares were allotted at a scrip price of US$10.8482 per share on the Jersey Branch Register pursuant to the scrip dividend scheme of JSH in respect of its 2008 Final Dividend paid on 13th May 2009. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of JSH. The total issued share capital of JSH following this issue is 1,103,903,353 shares.
