Result of Annual General Meeting
Judges Scientific, a group involved in the buy and build of scientific instrument businesses, announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today at the Lansdowne Club, 9 Fitzmaurice Place, London W1X 6JD, all of the resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
