Issue of Equity

The Company announces that following receipt of an exercise notice from a warrant holder, it has issued 23,840 new Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 3 June 2011. Following the exercise of these warrants, the enlarged issued ordinary share capital is 4,204,082 Ordinary Shares of 5p each (excluding the 82,885 shares to be issued on 27 June 2011 following the conversion of Convertible Redeemable shares announced yesterday).
