Judges Capital PLC29 April 2008 29 April 2008 JUDGES CAPITAL PLC (the "Company") Director's Interests and Grant of Options The Company announces that, on 28 April 2008, it granted options over anaggregate of 77,000 new Ordinary Shares, comprising options over 6,550 newOrdinary Shares under the Company's Unapproved Plan and options over 70,450 newOrdinary Shares under the Company's Approved Plan of which options over 10,000new Ordinary Shares were granted to Ralph Cohen, Finance Director of theCompany. The options are exercisable between three and 10 years from the date ofgrant at an exercise price of 124p per share. Ralph Cohen now holds in aggregate options over 20,000 new Ordinary Shares underthe Company's Approved Plan and he already holds options over 37,000 newOrdinary Shares which were granted under the Company's Unapproved Plan.
