Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that:

Ralph Elman, a director of the Company, has today transferred in specie a further 100,225 Convertible Redeemable Shares in the Company to Sippchoice Trustees Limited - R.J. Elman - 0566.

His interests in the Company remain 260,416 Convertible Redeemable shares representing 5.21% of the issued share capital of that class and 75,791 Ordinary shares representing 1.8% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

And that:

David Cicurel, a director and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has today transferred in specie a further 108,108 Convertible Redeemable Shares in the Company to Flexible Pension - D E Cicurel.

His interests in the Company remain 4,166,667 Convertible Redeemable shares representing 83.3% of the issued shares of that class and 455,956 Ordinary Shares representing 10.91% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
