Judges Scientific plc (AIM: JDG), a group focused on acquiring and developing companies in the scientific instrument sector announces that Alexander Hambro, Non-Executive Chairman, on 21 December 2023 sold 1,500 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9425 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction his beneficial holding is now 46,414 shares representing approximately 0.70% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
