Director/PDMR Shareholding

2 October 2009

The Company announces that it was informed on 1 October 2009 of a sale and purchases by directors of the Company of Convertible Redeemable Shares of 1p each (one quarter paid) at 4.32p per share as follows:

Mr. Glynn Reece sold his entire holding of 208,333 Convertible Redeemable Shares. He retains his holding of 3,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 0.07% of the issued share capital of that class and of the total voting rights in the Company.

Hon Alexander Hambro purchased 52,084 Convertible Redeemable Shares, taking his holding to 468,751 shares representing 9.38% of the issued share capital of that class. He retains his holding of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 2.48% of the issued share capital of that class and of the total voting rights in the Company.

Mr Ralph Elman purchased 52,083 Convertible Redeemable Shares, taking his holding to 260,416 shares representing 5.21% of the issued share capital of that class. He retains his holding of 75,791 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 1.88% of the issued share capital of that class and of the total voting rights in the Company.

Mr David Barnbrook purchased 52,083 Convertible Redeemable Shares representing 1.04% of the issued share capital of that class. He retains his holding of 15,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 0.37% of the issued share capital of that class and of the total voting rights in the Company. He also holds options over 50,000 new Ordinary Shares.

Mr Ralph Cohen purchased 52,083 Convertible Redeemable Shares representing 1.04% of the issued share capital of that class. He retains his holding of 10,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, representing 0.25% of the issued share capital of that class and of the total voting rights in the Company. He also holds options over 67,000 new Ordinary Shares.

The current issued share capital of the Company is 4,037,678 Ordinary Shares and 5,000,000 Convertible Redeemable Shares of 1p each, none of which are held in treasury.  The Convertible Redeemable shares, which are not listed, may be converted at any time before 31 December 2014 (extendable if close period conditions apply at that date) into such number of new Ordinary Shares at 95p per new Ordinary Share as would represent 12% of the enlarged Ordinary Share capital on full conversion.
