In conformity with the Transparency Directive the Company notifies the market of the following:
As at 31st August 2023, the Company's capital consists of 219,407,952 Ordinary shares. The Company holds 1,400,000 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, as at 31st August 2023, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 218,007,952.
The above figure (218,007,952) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Limited under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
