In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA's) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31st August 2025 the Company's issued share capital consists of 281,633,910 Ordinary 5 pence shares with voting rights. The Company holds 106,680,304 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 31st August 2025, the total number of voting rights in JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc is 174,953,606.

The above figure (174,953,606) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JPMorgan American Investment Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
