Director's dealings

IXICO announces that it was notified on 11 March 2014 that, on the same day, Andy Richards, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 13,700 Ordinary Shares of 50p each in IXICO at a price of 78 pence per Ordinary Share and that Tim Sharpington, Non-Executive Director of the Company purchased 12,750 Ordinary Shares of 50p each in IXICO at a price of 78.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a consequence of these share purchases, Andy Richards has a total holding of 30,200 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2% of the Company's issued share capital and Tim Sharpington has a total holding of 15,150 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
