Annual Information Update
Phytopharm plc (the Company) announces that, in accordance with the requirements of Prospectus Rule 5.2 issued by the Financial Services Authority, and following publication of the Annual Report on 3 December 2009, the following information has been published or made available to the public between 3 March 2009 and 3 December 2009 inclusive, in compliance with laws and rules dealing with the regulation of securities, issuers of securities and securities markets.
For the purpose of this update, only references to the information are provided. Full copies of each item can be found at the locations specified below.
