Touchstone Innovations plc (AIM: IVO, 'the Group', 'Touchstone') has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2017. Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts will be posted today to those shareholders who have not yet accepted the IP Group plc offer (which was declared wholly unconditional as of 18 October 2017) and who have not agreed (or who are not deemed to have agreed) to receiving documents or information via the Touchstone website.
