Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO, 'Imperial Innovations'), was notified on 5 February 2010 by Julian Smith, Chief Financial and Operations Officer, that he and his wife transferred on 5 February 2010 4,180 ordinary shares in Imperial Innovations at a price of 482.5p per share into Mr Smith's personal pension. Of these shares, 2,090 shares were recently transferred by Mr Smith to his wife. This transaction has no effect on Julian Smith's beneficial ownership; he continues to hold a total direct and indirect voting right interest in 78,760 ordinary shares in Imperial Innovations, being approximately 0.13% of the issued voting share capital of Imperial Innovations of 59,790,621 ordinary shares of 3 and 1/33p each.
