Imperial Innovations Group plc Admission and start of unconditional dealings on AIM Imperial Innovations Group plc (the "Company"), which is the holding company ofImperial Innovations Limited, one of the leading technology commercialisationcompanies in the UK, today announces the admission of its ordinary shares of 3 1/33 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to the AIM Market of London Stock Exchangeplc ("AIM") and the commencement of unconditional dealings ("Admission"). The Company has raised gross proceeds of £25 million through the issue of6,849,315 Ordinary Shares to institutional and certain other investors at aprice of 365 pence (the "Offer Price") per Ordinary Share (the "Placing"). Anadditional 269,285 Ordinary Shares have been issued by the Company to the publicat the Offer Price (the "Public Offer") to raise additional gross proceeds of£982,890.
