Total Voting Rights - Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following: Following the allotment of shares during October, the Company's issued share capital consists of 4,025,409,194 ordinary shares of 10p each.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, ITV plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
