ITV plc - Share Award
On 2 September 2020 the Company granted one of its PDMRs, Ade Rawcliffe, an award under the ITV Performance Share Plan (PSP) in the form of 256,515 nil-cost options over ordinary shares of the Company, calculated using the average share price on the 30-days preceding the award date of 61.4p.
The award is subject to achievement of performance conditions over the three-year period to 31 December 2022. It will be exercisable from 2 September 2023 but any portion of the award that does not meet the performance conditions will lapse.
