Awards vesting under the ITV plc Deferred Share Award Plan (the "Plan")
Awards are granted over ordinary shares of ITV plc under the Plan based on the achievement of performance targets. On 31 December 2010 awards previously made in respect of the 2008 and 2009 financial years were released to a number of executives and directors as detailed below.
