Results of EGM

ITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel company, announces that the resolution proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held earlier today to receive and consider the Company's accounts together with the directors' report and the auditors' report for the financial year ended 30 April 2020 was duly passed.

ITM Power plc manufactures integrated hydrogen energy solutions for grid balancing, energy storage and the production of renewable hydrogen for transport, renewable heat and chemicals. Customers and partners include Sumitomo, Ørsted, Phillips 66, National Grid, Cadent, Northern Gas Networks, Gasunie, RWE, Engie, BOC Linde, Toyota, Honda, Hyundai and Anglo American among others.
