ITM Power, the energy storage and clean fuel company, was informed on 16 May 2011 that Dr Graham Cooley, Chief Executive Officer of ITM Power, acquired 21,607 Ordinary Shares in ITM Power at a price of 46.28p per share. Following this purchase, Dr Cooley has an interest in 251,256 Ordinary Shares representing 0.23% of the Company's issued share capital.
