ISG is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Whittington as Non-Executive Director of the Group. He has joined the Board and has become Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 27 May 2011.

Richard, 61, has spent his career as a chartered accountant. He recently retired as a Senior Partner at KPMG where he was Partner in Charge of the Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare audit Group and simultaneously Global Head of the Building and Construction practice, based in London. From 2002 to 2009 he was also a member of KPMG Europe LLP. He has wide experience across all sizes of businesses both listed and private.

Richard is currently a director of a charity, the Surrey Community Foundation, and a property company, Cant Cove Management Company Limited.

There are no other details to disclose under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
