Interior Services Group PLC13 March 2007 Interior Services Group plc Director/PDMR Shareholding 13 March 2007 The Board of Interior Services Group plc ("the Company") announces that Mr IanStephen Trotter, a director of the Company, has today exercised an option over40,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company under the Unapproved CompanyShare Option Plan. The date of grant of the options was 20 September 2002 at anoption price of 200p per share. Mr Trotter sold the 40,000 shares plus a further5,619 shares on 13 March 2007 at a price of 317.5p per share. Following theexercise of the option and the sale of the shares, Mr Trotter holds 93,410ordinary shares representing 0.34% of the total issued share capital of theCompany.
