Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Interior Services Group plc ("ISG" or the "Group"), the international construction services group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Mully as Non-Executive Director of the Group. He has joined the Board with effect from 7 August 2012.
Richard, 51, is a private real estate investor and currently serves as a main board director of Aberdeen Asset Management PLC as well as two European REITs, Hansteen Holdings PLC in the UK and Alstria Office REIT-AG in Germany. Richard was previously the co-founder and managing partner of Soros Real Estate Partners and its successor firm, Grove International Partners. Prior to his career in real estate investment, Richard was an investment banker. He was a partner and managing director of Bankers Trust Company, having founded and led that firm's European Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Richard received a BSc Hons. Economics from University College London and a MBA Finance from CASS Business School.
