Interior Services Group PLC14 December 2005 Interior Services Group plc Additional listing 14 December 2005 The Board of Interior Services Group plc ("the Company") announces that 7,692ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company have been allotted as a result of theexercise of options in the Company Share Option Plans. Application has been madeto the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to theAlternative Investment Market and it is expected that admission will take placeon 20 December 2005. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with theexisting shares of the Company. Following the allotment the total issued sharecapital of the Company has increased to 27,094,317 ordinary shares.
