As at 29 November 2019, Inmarsat Plc's issued capital consists of 469,771,885 ordinary shares of Euro 0.0005 each with voting rights. Inmarsat plc holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Inmarsat plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
