Total Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with the requirements of Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that, as at today's date, its issued share capital with voting rights consists of 149,719,938 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
The figure of 149,719,938 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
