Interserve Plc Total Voting Rights and Capital In accordance with DTR 5.6.1A, the total number of voting rights and capital as at the date of this announcement is 143,908,962 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each. This is an increase of 1,861,376 shares since the previous disclosuremade on 31 March 2014 resulting from the vesting of awards under the InterservePerformance Share Plan 2006. The above figure of 143,908,962 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for notifications of voting control over the Company's shares.
