Notification of Transactions of Directors/
Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, Interserve Plc (the "Company") announces that Mr Ian Renhard exercised his options over 378 shares under the Interserve Sharesave Scheme 2009 on 1 October 2015.
The shares were subsequently transferred by Capita Fiduciary (in its capacity as Trustee of the Interserve Employee Benefit Trust) into Mr Renhard's name on 7 October 2015.
These options were originally granted on 5 April 2012 at an exercise price of 238.00p per share. The Sharesave Scheme is an all-employee HMRC tax-advantaged share scheme and the exercise of options on maturity is not dependent upon performance criteria.
Mr Renhard now has an interest in 66,253 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (0.05% of issued share capital).
