Interserve Plc (the "Company") was notified on 22 May 2015 by the Trustees of the Interserve Share Incentive Plan 2009 that the cash dividends paid on 20 May 2015 had been reinvested and used to purchase 32,355 Dividend Shares on 22 May 2015 at a price of 624.00 pence per share.
