Trading Update

Cambridge, UK - Ubisense Group plc ("Ubisense" or the "Company") (AIM: UBI), a market leader in real time location intelligence solutions, provides the following update on trading performance for the full year to 31 December 2013.

The Group continued to display considerable momentum in the second half with its converged technology offering, leading to significant contract wins during the period, and expects to deliver results in line with the Board's expectations. The Group achieved record orders for the year totalling £32 million, up 30% on the prior year.

Following the Group's acquisition of the Geoplan Group in December last year, the integration is progressing smoothly and the enlarged business has experienced solid early sales engagements with major industrial groups in Japan and Korea.

The Group had cash, deposits and securities of £3.8m and bank debt of £3.5m at 31 December 2013.

The Group expects to report its final results for the full year ended 31 December 2013 on 25 March 2014.
