Total Voting Rights

As at 30 September 2023, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 961,508,692 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 4,115 Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore the total number Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 961,504,577.

 

Shareholders may use this figure (961,504,577) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
