Director's Interest

IQ-AI has been advised that Trevor Brown, Chief Executive of the Company, no longer has an interest in Free Association Books Limited. Accordingly, Trevor Brown's interest in the Company is now 32,203,457 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.64 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company. Free Association Books Limited remains interested in 20,559,778 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.26 per cent. of the voting rights of the Company.
