In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules DTR 5.6.1, as at 28 February 2021, the Company's issued ordinary share capital and total number of voting rights, consisted of 132,596,554 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). All of the shares have equal voting rights and the Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The above figure of 132,596,554 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
