Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has awarded 200,000 restricted ordinary shares in the Company (the "Shares") to Charlie Ridge, Chief Financial Officer.
One-third of the Shares will vest in three years, a further third will vest in four years and the final third will vest in five years.
